Special Reserve Long Service and Good Conduct Medal awarded to Sergeant P Kane, 4th Battalion, The Connaught Rangers, 1910 (c)

This medal was instituted in 1908 to be awarded to non-commissioned officers and other ranks of the Special Reserve for 15 years' service with the Militia, Imperial Yeomanry, Volunteers or Territorial Force and attendance at 15 camps. Only around 1,000 of these medals were ever issued.
