Grenadier cap, other ranks, Royal Regiment of Ireland, 1710 (c)
Worsted thread embroidery on wool cloth, 1710 (c).
Although this is an other ranks' cap, it was associated for many years with the family of Captain Robert Parker, who served in the Royal Regiment of Ireland during the Nine Years War (1688-1697) and the War of the Spanish Succession (1702-1713).
