Officers of the 14th King George's Own Ferozepore Sikhs, Peshawar, 1913

Of the 28 British and Indian officers shown here 14 were killed and three wounded during World War One (1914-1918). The 14th Sikhs served in Egypt, (1914-15 and 1916), Gallipoli (1915), Persia (1916) and Mesopotamia (1917-19).
