Long Service and Good Conduct Medal awarded to Naik Karam Khan, 102nd King Edward's Own Grenadiers, 1906-1924
The Long Service and Good Conduct Medal was awarded to enlisted men who had served for 18 years. The medal is made from silver and the ribbon was crimson until 1917 when white stripes were added to the edges.
