Glengarry badge, 45th (Nottinghamshire) (Sherwood Foresters) Regiment of Foot, 1874-1881

The 45th was raised in 1741 and continued in service until 1881 when it was amalgamated with the 95th (Derbyshire) Regiment to form The Sherwood Foresters (Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Regiment).
