Studies of British infantrymen at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. Wollen's oil painting of the 28th (The North Gloucestershire) Regiment of Foot at Waterloo shows French cuirassiers attacking the corner of a British infantry square on 18 June 1815. The painting is now part of the Bristol Museum and Art Gallery Collection.
