Annotated sketch of a Royal Aircraft Factory SE5 biplane. The SE5 was a British fighter and reconnaissance aircraft introduced in 1917 during World War One (1914-1918). Along with the Sopwith Camel, the SE5 helped Allied air forces on the Western Front gain superiority over German aircraft on the Western Front.
