Inscribed: 'Where the Intrepid British Troops under the command of the brave General Graham gained a glorious Victory over the French Army under Marshal / Victor on March 5 1811 the French lost 3000 Men an Eagle taken, two Generals made prisoners, and one General killed, the British had 1243 Killed and Wounded.'
