Members of the 4th Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) in South Africa, 1901 (c)

The 4th battalion, formerly part of the Royal Lanark Militia, was embodied in December 1899 for service in South Africa. Around 600 officers and men embarked for the conflict in late February 1900.
