Knocked out German Panther tanks in Normandy, 1944

This tank was one of seven German Panther tanks knocked out by British anti-tank guns south of Bretteville-en-Orguilleuse in Normandy.

From an album of 210 photographs compiled by Major Wilfred Herbert James Sale, MC, 3rd/4th County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters).
