Attending the wounded at Potijze, 20 September 1917
Lantern slide, World War One, Western Front (1914-1918).
A British padre and doctor attend to wounded German prisoners. They had been captured during the attack on Potsdam House, a German stronghold near Zonnebeke assaulted by the South African Brigade and 9th (Scottish) Division during the Battle of Menin Road (20-26 September 1917).
