'Tommy's Cooker', portable camp cooker, 1914 (c)
This portable stove was issued to British and Commonwealth forces during World War One (1914-1918).
The text on the side of the tin give directions for use and the following marketing information, 'The only Safe Cooker for the Trenches, Tourists, Picnic Parties. Over 300,000 used in the Army'.
