Long Service and Good Conduct Medal awarded to Regimental Sergeant Major Hassan Jabir, The King's African Rifles, 1944

RSM Hassan Jabir, as the most senior Warrant Officer in his unit, would have been responsible for maintaining high standards and discipline. Soldiers had to complete 18 years service in the ranks before they could qualify for this medal.
