A warrant officer of the Royal Army Ordnance Corps (RAOC) oversees two men who are dressed in protective suits while handling hazardous materials. The RAOC was responsible for the supply and maintenance of the British Army's weaponry. Today, this role is fulfilled by its successor unit the Royal Army Logistic Corps (RLC).
