Model General Service Limbered Wagon of the Army Service Corps, 1914 (c)
Wagons like this were used by the Army from the late 19th century until after the end of the First World War. They were multi-purpose vehicles but were particularly used to transport hay and forage for horses, and food and supplies for the soldiers. Depending on the load, the wagon could be pulled by teams of two, four or six horses.
