Leave of absence form (Army Form B 295) for Forewoman Betty Mould, Queen Mary's Army Auxiliary Corps, 7 October 1918

This form gave Mould permission to be absent from her quarters and undertake a bus journey. The back of the form has an extract from the Recruiting Regulations of 1912.
