Lieutenant Georgina Johnstone, Queen Alexandra's Royal Army Nursing Corps (QARANC) at the Hindhead QA Depot in Surrey, 1951. In February 1950 the QA Depot and training centre had moved to Ontario Barracks at Hindhead, a former Canadian Forces barracks.
Johnstone was among members of the QARANC deployed to the Korean War in 1950 to nurse United Nations soldiers in field hospitals.
