This poster which carries the Army's 'Be the Best' slogan, is aimed at recruiting infantry and shows a soldier in combat dress with a SA80 rifle. The text mentions 'adventure, travel, sport and a training for life' but focuses on pay, quoting a figure of £179.63 per week 'Before food and accomodation [sic] charges and income tax'.
