British troops served in Bosnia in 1995-1996 with the NATO-led Implementation Force (IFOR). This was responsible for implementing the Dayton Peace Accords which ended the Bosnian War.
The Challenger 1 was the British Army's main battle tank during the 1980s and 1990s. It was eventually replaced by the Challenger 2.
