Colt .32 inch self-loading pistol, Model 1897/1903, carried by General (later Field Marshal) Sir Gerald Templer, Malaya, 1952-1954

Many senior Army officers and politicians carried this small self-loading pistol for personal protection during World War Two (1939-45) and later. This pistol was manufactured in 1927 and was used by General Templer throughout his service in Malaya.
