Ford Thames E4 3 ton 4x4 truck LAA tractor FV13303, 1952
Introduced in 1951, powered by a Ford V8 petrol engine of 87 bhp driving either the rear or all four wheels, the Ford Thames was one of the new generation post World War Two trucks used by the British Army. This particular example has the light anti-aircraft (LAA) body and would have towed a Bofors gun.
