Army Form B 104-82,11 April 1917

This form informs Private Alfred Price's mother that a report has been received from the War Office notifying the death of her son on 14 July 1916. Price was wounded at the Battle of Trones Wood during the Somme offensive and died of his wounds on 14 July 1916. He is commemorated on the Thiepval Memorial.
