Daimler Mk II 'Dingo' scout car, 1942
Manufactured by Daimler Motor Company, Coventry. Powered by a Daimler 18 hp 2.52 litre 6 cylinder engine.
Over 6,600 of all marks of 'Dingo' were produced. The 'Dingo' was a highly successful light reconnaissance vehicle and used for hit and run raids. They were used extensively in Italy, North Africa and Normandy during World War Two (1939-1945).
