Contained in a sealed plastic package with cardboard base, the rations include baked beans, biscuits, chilli powder, condiment powder, curry powder, salt, plain chocolate, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper, can opener, matches and a scouring pad.

The stamp on the cardboard base reads 'PRPS SPSD Packed 2 January 1974, Composite Ordnance Depot, Hong Kong'.
