Letter from Lieutenant William Hare, 51st (2nd Yorkshire, West Riding) Regiment of Foot (Light Infantry) to his wife Mary, 30 April 1814
The letter, postmarked Bordeaux, mostly relates to Mary Hare's pregnancy, with a few details of the campaign in southern France, including the storming of Bayonne. It also contains some bi-directional text.
