Nazi car pennant, 1945 (c)

This pennant was obtained by Private Robert Powis, 1/7th Battalion The Queens Royal Regiment, during his service in Germany. He was in Berlin for the victory parade, having fought his way across North West Europe (1944-1945) with 131st Lorried Infantry Brigade, part of 7th Armoured Division. Powis had earlier served with 131st Brigade in North Africa and Italy.
