Widows Form 1 from the Ministry of Pensions to Mrs Ethel Annie Ottley, 27 May 1918

It awards her and her daughter Mary a weekly pension of 13 shillings and nine pence from June 1918. Mrs Ottley's husband Percy was killed in action on 23 November 1917 at Bourlon Wood during the Battle of Cambrai while serving with 1st/14th (County of London) Battalion, The London Regiment (London Scottish).
