Cyclostyled letter from the Ministry of Pensions to Mrs Ethel Annie Ottley, dated 19 December 1917

The letter expresses regret on the death of her husband Private Percy Ottley and encloses a money order for £5 to pay for extra expenses. Percy was killed at Bourlon Wood on 23 November 1917 during the Battle of Cambrai.
