Pencil sketch map of Roclincourt Military Cemetery, with Second Lieutenant Douglas McKie's grave marked with an 'X', 1919

The map was drawn by McKie's sister Helen who visited the cemetery in 1919. Her brother was killed by shellfire during the Battle of Arras in April 1917 while serving with the 27th (Tyneside Irish) Battalion of the Northumberland Fusiliers.

From leather bound scrapbook containing letters and photographs relating to the life of Second Lieutenant Douglas Hamlin McKie, Artists' Rifles and Northumberland Fusiliers.
