Football match between Afghan National Army personnel and soldiers from 1st Battalion The Rifles at Patrol Base Tuffan in Garmsir, Helmand Province in Afghanistan, during Operation HERRICK.

In the catalogue for 'Sketches from Afghanistan', Matthew Cook recalled the circumstances of this picture as follows, 'The Afghan National Army challenged patrol base. It was followed by a dinner of fresh goat and dancing to say thanks for working alongside them'.
