HD7 'Hoodlum' Personal Role Hand-Held metal detector, 2010 (c)

Manufactured by Guartel Technologies Limited, this device was used by a member of 33 Engineer Regiment (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) in counter-IED operations in Afghanistan. It features on and off controls, red and green indicator lights and a target alarm which can be set to audible, visual and vibrate. The device is also weather resistant.
