Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) device Tx4N, 2013 (c)

ECM equipment is carried by the ECM Operator or 'Bleep' during Improvised Explosive Device (IED) disposal operations and patrols in Afghanistan (2001-). The device is used to block electromagnetic frequencies that could be used by insurgents to detonate IEDs remotely.
