Soldiers from 19 Combat Service Support Battalion, 4 and 31 Close Support Squadrons and Territorial Army soldiers from 152 (Ulster) Transport Regiment (Volunteers) mounting a convoy in support of Forward Operating Bases in the Helmand River Valley. Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, The Mercian Regiment, provided force protection for the convoy.

The British Army Leyland Medium Mobility Load Carrier carries a shipping container and the cab is protected by a soldier with a General Purpose Machine Gun.
