Defence Secretary Sir Michael Fallon, attending the Infantry Battle School, Brecon, to make announcements about the future of Brecon and the Sennybridge Training Area. He also took part in a St Patrick's Day ceremony, presenting shamrocks to unit representatives from 160th Infantry Brigade.
