The Infantry Battle School in Brecon in Wales is part of the British Army's School of Infantry. Various courses are run at the centre, including Live Firing Tactical Training and Basic Tactics, as well as those designed for particular ranks and roles, such as warrant officers, platoon commanders and sergeants. The aim of the school is to develop effective infantry commanders, training them meet any operational requirements that may arise when deployed.
