Face mask, British Army, Operation RESCRIPT, 2020

Protective face mask manufactured by Scimitar for the British Army, 2020. The outer layer is made of polyester and elastane and the inner layer is made of antibacterial and hypoallergenic polyester, with nylon and elastane fabric ear loops.

Operation RESCRIPT was the Military Aid to the Civil Authorities operation in the United Kingdom initiated during the COVID-19 pandemic which began in Spring 2020.

From a packet containing three masks (two green and one black) and a printed leaflet with instructions for safe use of the masks.
