Firework launcher from a display celebrating victory in the Crimea, Hyde Park, London, 1856

ompressed propulsion cylinder, bound to a shaft which has an iron top and bracket for the cylinder.

On 29 May 1856, firework displays were held across the United Kingdom, including in Hyde, Green and Victoria Parks in London, to mark the end of the Crimean War (1854-1856).
