Leave of absence form, 28 October 1919

This form granted Miss F. C Berry of the Women's Army Auxiliary Corps permission to be absent from her quarters and to visit Staines. It lists many rules and regulations including one that 'All members on leave are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline and at all times to appear (when in uniform) properly dressed'.
