Autograph book collected by M Wheatcroft, Women's Army Auxiliary Corps, during her service in France, 1917-1918

This book, which includes some photographs and drawings, includes verses and dedications written by soldiers on the Western Front, including 'Tommy's Fun' by W J Charles 15th Battalion The Welsh Regiment:

8.15 am Comfy Officer's Parade "When He Cometh"

9.45 Manovers "Fight the Good Fight"

2.15 pm Rifle Drill For Labour -?

3.15 pm Lecture by Officer's "Tell me the old, old story"

4.30 pm Dismiss "Praise God from whom all blessings flow"

5 pm Tea "What means this eager -? throne"

6 pm Free for the night "Oh Lord how happy we shall be"
