Pair of green combat knee pads, 2010 (c)

These kneepads, in service since April 2010, have been issued to soldiers deployed on operations Afghanistan (2001- ). The Blackhawk combat kneepads provide comfort and protection whilst crawling and kneeling. They include padded side extensions, a 600 denier protective nylon shell and adjustable elastic velcro straps.
