Japanese officers salute Lieutenant-Colonel Nathu Singh, commanding officer of the Rajput Regiment, and other British Indian officers at a ceremony on board HMS 'Rocksand' following the landing on Nancowhy Island, one of the Nicobar group.

From a collection of 185 photographs of Japanese, Chinese, Indian, British, German and American soldiers, aircraft, aerial photography and ships at sea.
