Tranter percussion Dragoon Model .50 inch revolver, 1856

This five-chambered revolver was designed by British gunsmith William Tranter and has a double trigger mechanism, one to rotate the cylinder and cock the weapon, the second to fire it. It also has a rammer attached to the frame by a hook on the barrel.
