Letter from Lord John Russell to the Duke of Wellington, Whitehall, 2 December 1837

In this letter Russell, the Home Secretary, informs Wellington that he had laid before the Queen Wellington's petition asking her to become patron of the United Services Museum, and that she had accepted.
