They go on to discuss recruitment, her medical, the issue of uniform, her initial tasks, training at Aldershot, working as a translator in the orderly room, army meals, sports days and drilling. They also mentions the Spanish flu epidemic, the corps' change of name to Queen Mary's Army Auxiliary Corps and a review by Queen Mary.
