The Tank Corps Detachment that operated in Palestine was commanded by Major Nutt. The nearest tank is HMLS 'Tiger', a Mark I known to have been in that theatre. The next two are Mark IV females. The photograph was taken between the 2nd Battle of Gaza (where only Mark Is were used) and 3rd Battle of Gaza. The rearmost tank on the left seems to have half a palm tree log across the front assumed to be there to prevent 'splash' from entering through the driver's visor.
