French cruiser in Alexandria Harbour, Egypt, 1943

Three heavy cruisers, the 'Duquesne', 'Tourville' and 'Suffren', were part of Force X, a French naval squadron interned at Alexandria in 1940. In May 1943 the ships became operational again as part of the Free French fleet.
