'The wreckage of a German SP gun destroyed by Hugh Moffat on the Etteville Ridge', 11 July 1944

This is the wreckage of a 75 mm self propelled gun, destroyed by Sergeant Hugh Moffat, 'A' Squadron, 3rd County of London Yeomanry (Sharpshooters). This gun had already knocked out a tank of the Sharpshooters earlier that day during a German assault on the ridge.
