'A knocked out Jagdpanther south of Cleve', 1945

During Operation VERITABLE the men of 21st Army Group were forced to fight their way through difficult terrain in the Reichswald and it was not until early March 1945 that the entire area was cleared at the cost of over 20,000 casualties.
