A wooden cross and steel helmet, marking the grave of Edward Thomas Keegan, aged 22, who was killed during a ground-strafing attack by a German Focke-Wolf 190 aircraft. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission record Keegan's burial at the Sangro River War Cemetery.
