Combat underwear, 2004 (c)

Black shorts, 2004 (c).

The material used in this combat underwear has anti-microbial properties helping soldiers to maintain their personal hygiene during operations. These pants have been designed to be worn for days at a time without needing to be changed.

This type of underwear was included in the 'Black Bag' of equipment issued to soldiers deployed on Operation TELIC in Iraq, and Operation HERRICK, in Afghanistan.
